White miso (organic) 200g

This new white miso DANIVAL is manufactured in France by our brewer according to an ancestral Japanese traditional method.
Its short fermentation is natural (between 3-4 days depending on the season) and noble (no additives).
Soybeans are harvested in France by our farmer and rice comes from Italy.
This miso, with a creamy texture and almost sweet, is a miso easy to consume and use in your daily cook.
It is used in many recipes, both savory than sweet.

Storage advice :

Before opening : BBD = 2 years from the date of manufacture
Store in a dry place and positive ambient temperature.

After opening : Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 2 months.
