Tamari is one of the Japanese names for soy sauce.
Tamari is a particularly salty soy sauce made from a mixture of fermented soy beans, water and sea salt.
In Japan, it is the seasoning of choice.
All restaurants have tamari sauce on their tables.

Usage tips :
Our Chef recommends that you use it as a base for marinades, hot sauces and your grilled meats and fish.
Tamari is very salty and can used instead of kitchen salt.

Storage advice :

Before opening : BBD = 3 years from the date of manufacture
Store in a dry place and positive ambient temperature.

After opening : Store in a cool, dry place after opening and consume within 6 months
