- 1 organic onion
- 60 g of Danival whole chestnuts
- 100 g of organic mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of organic olive oil
- 5 organic eggs
Danival's Product used
- 1. Peel and slice the onion. Roughly cut chestnuts.
- 2. Remove the earthy tip from the mushrooms. Peel them and cut them in four pieces.
- 3. In a hot skillet, sauté onion 2 min over medium heat in oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
- 4. Pour the beaten eggs into the frying pan, lower the heat, cover and cook for 5 to 10 min. Until the omelette is over. Place the chestnuts on the omelet halfway through cooking.
